Parking in front of the Speedway Dunkin Donuts is normally busy in the morning and drivers are often parking in the handicap spot instead of parking further away or waiting a minute for a spot to open up. This is a regular occurrence and during the minute it takes me to get my coffee in the morning, I see some driver illegally park in a handicap spot at least once a week.
