Deskripsyon

There have been a lot of issues at this building. Now they have left two mattresses in front of the building. Sadly, this is one of the first things people will see when they turn down "iconic Wooster Street." We have been trying to clean the area up. This absentee landlord should be held accountable.

The landlord is aware of this issue and has continually had problems due to people illegally dumping in front of the building. They have diligent in clearing the waste at their own expense.

I own the property two doors down. The only people dumping illegally are the tenants themselves.

The city needs to bring back bulk pick-up and/or schedule a city-wide spring clean up week where people can haul large junk to the curb and the city carts it away free of charge. Currently, it's very difficult to schedule a pick-up and there is a fee.
