Opis
I usually see this house leaving construction debris with their normal trash and it usually gets taken away. But this time they put out a disgusting toilet that has not been picked up for weeks. I don't blame the trash removal service for not taking it because it's gross and probably very heavy. I suggest leaving it there so that they have to pay to remove it themselves.

I've seen this toilet too, it wasn't so bad when it was covered with snow!
@Katie Conso, don't encourage them by spending our tax dollars to remove something that is prohibited to be disposed of with residential trash. Just leave it there till they get sick of it and take care of it themselves. Maybe some scavenger will see it and come get it.
