Description
The traffic problem on Cambridgepark drive is out of control. It takes people at the end of the road at 200 an hour to get down that road most nights. The traffic officer at the traffic light helps a little, but some officers do nothing more than wave people through at the rate that the light changes normally, which doesn't help at all. When those apartment complexes fill, I fear it could take closer to two hours to get out of that road at the end of the work day. We either need multiple officers at multiple points along CPD, the lanes repainted to form a second lane the length of the road (exiting CPD), or another exit out of CPD. Something needs to be done urgently because this problem has been getting noticeably worse since last year when more of the buildings began filling with new companies' employees.
