Hi,
You are aware that there's a metric f*ckton of rats in the area around Russell Field, right? The owls and the hawks are clearly not keeping up. They're a problem throughout the neighborhood but the number you see in the park in the evening is scary. At least they're still running away from humans. When they stop, we're really in trouble. Is there anything you can do to reduce their numbers? Thanks.
