Description

Basketball goal, chair and other items are putting the street. Kids play basketball in the street and will not stop for cars most times. This is a safety issue and a child may be harmed by playing basketball in the street. This has been reported previously to the city, but I want to make sure the city's liability is established by reporting this basketball goal being set up in the street if someone is harmed, the city has now been notified twice of the safety issue.
