Deskripsyon
Why is this a shared street? It is very confusing to cars and pedestrians alike. Could the City consider making this road pedestrians only? That is what most pedestrians think it is, and then it becomes a dangerous situation when a car drives down. I don't understand the need for this cut through.

This is a public street; local access only restrictions are not legal or enforceable.
Thank you.

Sorry to reopen again, but I think this is still an issue.
If closing the street to cars is not an option, could the city at least post more signage warning pedestrians about cars? With the benches in the middle of the street and the different paving material, it is VERY confusing and many people think the street is not open to cars. More signage would at least make it a little safer so pedestrians would know to stay on the lookout for cars.
