First reported on 3/30 what is the status, when can we expect a FIX?

Ok... its been 7 months since first reported. Is this on a schedule to be fixed or not, waste of time reporting an issue if there is no time table to be fixed, just being ACKNOWLEGED isn't enough for the tax paying citizens,

Now it's over a year since first reported and only acknowledged and will resolve accordingly! Will it be corrected or not and when? Also similar issue at # 13 now.

Again not repaired... first reported in March of 2016 needs repair before winter.

OK now it's been two years since reported, no feedback from City at all. The catch basin keeps sinking lower and lower. Reply Please with a time answer.
