Every weekday morning from 630-9. I know the traffic on the freeway isn't going away anytime soon, but any assistance the city could offer at this intersection would be much appreciated by the commuters and I.

This problem starts at 4 am, M-F. What contributes to the problem is that the light for westbound Pomona traffic gets a green light (at the intersection of the Sr-91 w/b on ramp) ...but there is no traffic westbound, just backing up the cars coming in from Lincoln. And the westbound traffic light gets triggered, even when there are no cars and stays stale green for a long time. Thanks.

Isn't part of Pomona closed there? Maybe the thing that detects the cars are damaged from the construction so it just assumes something is there when there isn't
