Scaffolding on Esperson Building along Rusk Street has been present in front of building for many months, without any apparent work being done on building. Scaffolding in a hinderance to those walking on sidewalk.

Inspector 272 on site visit for construction without permits, made contact with chief engineer stated that the scaffold was installed for a future project and was being used for the window washers since being installed. also stated that they are in process of fixing the plans for the work purposed. No violations at the time of visit,this task is closed.
