SeeClickFix has been used by some departments on a daily basis for a long time, but you are correct that some departments have not checked it frequently in the past. That has now changed, and tree trimming is a good example. As of two weeks ago, Parks Department uses SeeClickFix exclusively to track issues - if you call the tree line, they will simply enter the issue onto SeeClickFix.

Mr Smuts - I applaud you for making the Parks Dept workflow more transparent. I do no notice that resident requests for trimming do not seem to receive the same priority as those entered by the Parks Dept, could this be b/c you are working on a back-log of requests ?
