There is a major sinkhole in front of address 631 Julian Avenue, by the mailboxes. It has a caution marker actually IN the hole, has gotten worse and worse as time has progressed with rain and debris washing into sinkhole. Gonna cause a lawsuit if anyone accidentally drives in it one day...
