Description

The section of Bayview between Windward and Sheffield is nothing but potholes. The street level is higher south of Windward and north of Windward is the old lower street level which is breaking up. Looks like they resurfaced Bayview but they stopped at Windward. That edge between the two levels of street is also breaking up from school buses and garbage trucks.
