I can sympathize with you. I have witnessed the same for a neighborhood vehicle located in front of 104 Tappan Street, Kearny. The man who is the owner of the vehicle lives there on the first floor. It's a tan 4 door car with an expired registration as well. He's selective with his choice. He might move it to the right side of the street on Tuesdays but on Mondays he might keep it on the right side amd put a sign that says it doesn't start. These are inconsiderate people who are doing whatever they please and they don't get punished for it. The city can make so much revenue by ticketing and towing this cars. I say ticket and tow without a warning. They have been aware of their expired registration and they are taking a public parking space and calling it their own. Pleaseake this your highest priority. Unfortunately, I can't send a picture because I'll be singled out, but he's always parked there except on Tuesdays. Thank you for your prompt attention.

the street parking spaces are very limited and very inconvenient for people that work and come home at 730 in the morning to find no parking because either someone who has a garage is to lazy or they have no time in the morning. these people has not sympathy for other people that they see and know that i come home at 730 and there is not parking space while they are parked nicely and with no problems; inconsiderate, bad people. also, there is a car parked for days in the street of wilson avenue between chestnut and kearny license plate M67EWF ford, black ,that car stays parked 24/7 i believe this car has no mechanical problem because it just gets moved from side to side. does it have insurance? does it have an owner? someone needs to addressed this to the police.

This is a complete lie. Just passed the area today and car is still parked in the same exact spot it was when reported last week. When will this town ever change and actually do their dam job its ridiculous now cars like this taking up spots from legal residents that maintain their cars the way they should

Lets have a expired inspection sticker from 3 years ago and nothing being done about it and who knows how long ago that red sticker is from its ridiculous now how they quick to ticket and tow cars expect for jerks like this that dont keep up with their vehicle.
