I have reported this issue many many times. This grate has been here since Sept. 2015. Three weeks ago someone finally came out to put a cone it. As you can see, the cone has moved and the grate has moved from over the hole. I have constantly called, and left my number, and no response. At first I called the Watershed dept. and they researched it and said that they put it out there for the Roads and Drainage Dept. When I call, the next day when I return home, there are dug up areas around the manholes that are within the development, which are 4. with caution signs around it. This has happened 3 times. Why are they constantly redoing an area that has already been worked on? and not the big pothole at the beginning of our development of Soapstone Ridge?
