Q. Please provide a description of the issue being reported
A. We need a serious drain cleaning as well as street cleaning there are too many "nip bottles" ppl throwing them out their windows or hiding it from the mtgs at the firehouse. Someone actually threw an entire pizza box out their window. It looks like alcohol alley.
