I know NHPD has its day filled with life and death issues but can we ask for attention to quality of life issues: eg loud blaring car music, loud mufflers, speeding, right turn on red. This also applies to Grand and Ferry as well

You have my total agreement. Let me add running red lights as well. Pick an intersection with a red light, watch for 5 minutes and you will see at least one, likely 2-3 people run fully red lights, 5-10 seconds after it's green for the intersecting lanes. Ticketing and fining them is all we can do. We cannot change bad upbringing or dangerous and selfish behavior.

We have the same issues on Whitney. I've been begging for years for something to be done. There are two schools near me and drivers speed run reds constantly even with the presence of a crossing guard (poor guy).

The speeding and red-light running are "life-and-death" issues. Please address this in neighborhoods! (I see it being addessed downtown during evening rush-hour and I am thankful).
