Same company FDR Services doing a delivery/pick up at Caton Park Nursing Home with a huge tractor trailer blocking traffic. A repeat problem. Today Sanitation truck could not pasd and asked the FDR driver to clear out by driving around the block to which the FDR driver refused and said go call the cops. The Sanitation truck had to back up on Rugby to Caton Ave then went around to Church Ave and backed up on Rugby to collect garbage. Other vehicles are driving on the sidewalk to get around him. I called the precinct but 30 mins later nothing. This is a safety hazard and a quality of life issue. Forgot to mention that the truck is idling the whole time.
