Multiple people harrassing customers buying tickets and using atm's, busses and trains. I don't mind asking for money, but they regularly follow, question and behave in a harrassing manner to customers using Union Station. Please have security or police do a better job of enforcement, as many New Haven students, residents and commuters do not feel safe here.

We disagree about what is the best bet on this one,, though we agree that police nor train people monitor this site. hmm
Last time I was at the train station that happened to me too.. it was in the evening and we were waiting for CT Limo.. while we were waiting we did get actually harassed by some people.. and I agree, just asking for money is one thing.. but this was harassment. Not good for the first thing that commuters see upon arriving in New Haven.
I can agree with calling the police to report incidents when they happen,, but for the long run.. we need to influence the local government. You can call the Mayor's office and register your complain there.
