New rush hour no parking sign placed with BOTH am and PM restrictions. Previously only PM restriction on northbound wisc. Opposite side of street has only AM restriction
Tix kiosk issues parking tix in am hours. Sign needs to be changed to 4-630 pm no parking ONLY
