My Current email exchange with an ClickFix staff member has divulged that RIOC refers infrequently to this service and has chosen to not have passed on to them certain categories of concerns or observations we as residents have sent through this service. i.e. RIOC has chosen not to have any complaints
on road issues to be available for them to see through this service.
My last report from CF was that the issue I discussed was now open for 155 days.!If you have waited too long
for a solved report issue it is because RIOC does little to find out what people are concerned about as written in this ClickFix service. Few
problems reported through CF will be reported on to us or be reported as completed. Email various staff of RIOC directly because this CF service makes it seem like our concerns are being listened to , but really aren't.This is a big problem for us.
