This is unacceptable. Do city leaders not see what the rest of us see? Is this Really acceptable to the homeless advocates or do they do this to make the rest of us feel sorry. It's a health issue mainly, not to say illegal.
The City's policy on this situation is 'We no longer abate people living in vehicles.'
They're even parked under a sign clearly stating that they have to move for street sweeping! They've been there for several months now. Suppose it makes fiscal sense to only enforce parking laws to people who can pay.
Karla -- The campers put the traffic cones and barricades there, since the trailer popout extends out into the traffic lane. There's also a propane tank on the street there that they wish to protect.
