    Several vehicles are blocking access to street sweeping at 1855 Poplar St. These vehicles, none of which have license plates, have been parked in the street now for several months, allowing garbage, propane tanks, and hazardous waste to accumulate.

    The street is clearly marked with traffic signs indicating times when the street needs to be cleared of parked vehicles for street sweeping, however these vehicles never move. As a consequence the sweeper cannot service this area, and the street has become increasingly littered with trash and hazardous materials over the last several months.

    Bunche High School and the DeFremery Playground are located directly across the street.

    A few months ago, one large RV showed up, then a popout trailer, then a third rather run-down RV. None of the vehicles have license plates, yet they're all parked in the street. Junk and garbage has been steadily piling up around the vehicles, including propane tanks, wood and gas cans. Two of the vehicles place generators in the street and run them at night. One of the vehicles might be abandoned now.
    The sidewalk is impassible when the occupants are sorting/selling junk. Walking out in a lane of traffic is the only way to pass. The trailer has a traffic cone in the lane of traffic, to direct cars and trucks around the popout section of the trailer.
