    Got a ticket on my car today because I forgot to move it for street sweeping. Street sweeping??? Lol! Are you talking about the truck that goes by at 30 miles an hour 1 time and makes no difference? Yet there is a huge pile of dumped garbage, uneaten food, human pee and poop that never gets picked up by the city? That's why I got a ticket? Because I was in the way of this totally useless city service? As they buz right by the homeless encampment?!!!

    I took this video yesterday morning. Tent on fire at the encampment. This is a quick jump to my house. Living in tents is not safe for the encampment residents or the housed people that are also at risk. Please figure something out for these people. Please!

    Huge homeless encampment full of trash, furniture. They are blocking the sidewalks and making noise late at night

    Early morning drug deals going down! Plus on the Emeryville side of the underpass, there is a shameful pile of trash, and human feces so big that it has overgrown the fence and spread out. Obviously the dump site for the homeless in the encampment. That is where they dump their buckets o poop and everything else. Fire hazard and public health issue for sure.

    Homeless encampment blocking the sidewalks. My kid had to walk in the street to get around the tents and almost got hit by a car. Not to mention garbage and junk all over.

    The homeless encampment under the overpass between 35th and 36th is now the dope spot. I'm seeing cars driving up, someone runs out of a tent, up to the window, quick transaction and off they go. One guy just parked right by my house, walked down there, got his stuff and came back to his car and drove off. Day and night. It's only a matter of time before someone, probably an innocent bystander is killed.

    The homeless encampment has spread out to every sidewalk making it impossible to pass either way without walking in the street. My kids have to get to the bus. They were going out of there way to miss the encampment but now it's unavoidable. Same thing when I walk my dogs. I almost stepped on a needle. It's better if the residents of the encampment stay in the middle section under the over pass.

    So my Stepson got another ticket for parking on the sidewalk and not moving it early enough. But 1/2 block away there are at least 20 tents and junk blocking the sidewalk. It just doesn't make sense.

    Another huge pile. One in every corner. The homeless people dump their trash in these piles as the piles are away from the sleeping area. Makes sense but I also notice the area right across the street where they have designated as the potty area right in front of a business. Both of these I'm sure are breeding areas for disease, bugs and rodents. It's a major risk to the unhoused and housed in the area. How long will this go on? I've lived in many different places and I have never seen people living like this out in the open. In piles of trash day after day while conditions get worse and worse for everybody and nothing is done.
