In my expierience, they have typically repaired shortly after a click fix request. But now 2 months have passed and the alleys are just worse.

Potholes. Worse.

Potholes repaired! And it only took a year and a half. Thank you! I'd like to report potholes in the alley in 2018... ;) But really, alley was graded and new gravel put down. Is totally usable again.
