    105 N. Belmont Avenue Richmond, Virginia - The Museum District

    The sewer drains on Sheppard and Belmont are completely blocked by debris and leaves. I have seen this particularly between Floyd and Grove, though it may be elsewhere. Rainwater cannot drain at all and the streets flood with even a small amount of rain.
