This is like a blasted bloody criminal virus spreading - or some stupid punk kid(s) running around with a spray can. Either way, it is something that needs to be removed immediately before more taggers add their crap to more walls, statues, underpasses, etc... I wish we had some neighborhood video of these jerks...
