speeding everywhere. when was the last time there was a patrol car monitoring for speeding on Beach St, where people routinely drive 50mph and over (posted 30mph)? I walk along Beach St early am and in the evening, and despite dozens of cars, one after the other speeding, not a cop in site. Ever. At least not in the 9 yrs i've been living here.
