P. Please describe the nature of the issue. (i.e timing, signal head twisted, etc)
R. The two straight lines do not line up on the other side of the intersection. Traffic from the left straight lane often crosses over into the right straight lane. It's a hazard to cars as a result of the new poorly designed bike lanes.
