Is a street light burned out here? If so do you know the pole #?
I would like to see more pedestrian-level lighting on the cross streets between Chapel and Whalley (Orchard, Sherman, Winthrop), since many citizens walk these cross streets at night in order to catch a bus to or from Saint Raphael's.
