Description

Chapel West Special Services District, to my understanding without the proper permissions, installed a series of raised beds along sidewalks on chapel street, in many cases creating serious tripping hazards. Recently the city removed most if not all of these installations, however the paving was not replaced, so there is/are a dirt hole(s) in the sidewalk remaining. We ask this be filled in with concrete that is level with the rest of the sidewalk as soon as possible, before there is an injury.
