I understand this property is no longer owned by Comcast. I hear it's in the middle of being gutted and sold. Don't know who would be responsible for cleaning off ice and snow.

The city should do something before someone is seriously injured. Channel 8 or the New Haven Register should publicize this then something would be done.

I believe Comcast is still the owner. I will make sure to bring this up with LCI at the next Downtown Wooster Sq Community Management Team meeting

The current legal owner is responsible, whomever that is. But it's the city's job to enforce the ordinances.

I know the current owner is reponsible but the bottom line is something has to be done before someone is seriously injured. I heard of one town where if someone sidewalk is not cleared they will do it but the property owner will be billed. If the city has go this route and the the property owner does not pay the bill a lien can be placed on the property.

Lets see what happens this year.
