Rainfall on March 3 left yet another pool of water at base of stairway at Harbor Pointe's 1500 apartment unit. Dry cleaning bills and damage to leather soled shoes more than a nuisance - financial consequences also. I understand the City can't help me with added expense of this problem, but Sandy Springs can prevent this from continuing by requiring Harbor Pointe to adhere to building codes and fix the problem. The apartment complex is a mile from City Hall down Morgan Falls. It would be greatly appreciated if someone could swing by, check it out, and advise property mgmt it needs to be fixed. Thank you.
