No water to our apartment since ~5:00pm yesterday. Harbor Pointe property management says it's because of a broken water line and they're waiting on Sandy Springs to fix it.

This is the 3-4th time water cut off in 10 months we've lived here. Please advise on status and fix!

Large Ice patch/pool of water at bottom of right staircase at residential apartment (1500 Bldg). Happens every time after modest rainfall. If not ice, then need to walk through sizable pool of water; grading the sidewalk would be a simple solution but property management doesn't care. Improper water drainage, hazard, nuisance. PLEASE MAKE HARBOR POINTE adhere to building and safety codes!! Thank you!!

A sizable pool of water accumulates after rainfall at the bottom of the front, right stairway of the 1500 Building at Harbor Pointe apartments off Morgan Falls Rd. The water is large enough to be unavoidable when entering/exiting the apartment using these stairs. I believe the issue is improper grading, perhaps due to roots under the sidewalk. Previously it was more of a nuisance as shoes/bottom of pants would get partially soaked trying to jump over it. However, this an increasingly *dangerous* hazard as colder weather starts to turn water at the base of the stairway to ice.

On April 14, 2015, I first told and subsequently emailed Rhonda Petty, Harbor Pointe Property Manager (770-396-0303), about this issue and she promised to take care of it. She's failed even an attempt to do so and recently made it clear she has no intention fixing the problem. I've sent her multiple pictures in the months subsequent to my initial email showing the problem persists. She does nothing.

I need assistance remedying this hazard since the Property Manager, Rhonda Petty at Harbor Pointe simply doesn't care about this nuisance and potential danger. I greatly appreciate any help you can offer. Thank you.
