Behind the building that is marked as the Argentinian Naval Attache facing Indiana avenue there is an courtyard that has become a complete dumping ground for human waste, trash and assorted junk. Additionally there appears to be a broken utility box, broken door and piled up trash. It has been there for weeks and it is a constant eyesore.
