Once again, this garbage can in Levinson Tot Lot on Mulford is overthrowing with dog poop bags. Why was the bigger- plastic garbage can taken away last time there was a pick up? We need that to keep this from happening!

the 311 mobile app. We do continue to monitor to make sure that we log any City issues.
