About a month ago a storm took down a very large portion of a tree on Hemingway. It is still somewhat attached and hangs onto and over the sidewalk and street. The homeowner seems content to leave it this way which is shocking especially considering they have several children. It is an eyesore and more importantly a major hazard. I would have thought the town would have intervened by now.
