In front of Comcast building complete sheet of ice. Bus stop windows broken by plow also.

Two blocks from City Hall. They should have gotten a ticket for not clearing the sidewalk after the last snow. Well, they should still get one now. Let's see if someone from city hall responds saying that they have issued a ticket.

So it's an empty building? Then it falls to the City to do, by default. If somebody falls and gets hurt they will sue the City.
