Property at 148 Village Park Dr. Newnan 30265
The property has SERIOUS EROSION PROBLEMS..tHOSE PROBLEMS ARE NOW TAKING MY PROPERTY ON THE LEFT SIDE OF MY HOUSE OUT. I have had to pay someome to DIG my stepping stones to the back side of my property...they were BURIED under MUD coming under my fence and ruining my property.NOW the stepping stones on the FRONT side of MY property are being buried.
I am 65,retired and living on 1/2 of a pension.I cannot afford to have my property fixed because of their NEGLECT! They are aware of the problem.I have complained to the HOA.NOTHING has been done.B.Culbreath
