The same drug addicted alcoholic guy, drinking alcohol and smoking pot at the same corner bothering tourists going to the NFL Experience. This guy is here EVERY DAY drinking and using drugs. Tens of thousands of tourists pass by him and will reflect how they remember our city. How hard could it possibly be to move him along or arrest him for, I don't know, USING DRUGS IN PUBLIC!!!
