Description

This section of the sidewalk across from the park is always a giant puddle for days and days after all other water or snow has long disappeared from the rest of the neighborhood. It looks like the retaining walls are in bad shape and there may be water or sewage (?) leaking onto the sidewalk. This is also directly above a sewer drain so you'd think it'd be one of the first areas to drain, but no. You can't walk through it so people have to go out into the street and bike lane to get around it. It also becomes icy often when there isn't any other ice around so it's easy to slip on because you're not expecting it when the rest of the area is dry.
