There is a small white car with a very sensitive car alarm. The car itself has a very loud muffler nnoise which isn't bad enough. When the car is parked on the street (which is all the time) and a loud vehicle goes by (car, truck, motorcycle), the alarm goes off. The owner never comes out of the house to check on the car, just ignores it, for the full one to three minutes that the alarm goes off. Any noise can trigger it, including kids walking by and getting too close. It is really bad when anyone is putting of fireworks or when there is a thunder storm, and the fireworks or thunder don't even need to be close.
