I did not get a chance to see the full number. It said it was the department of municipal development. The truck and sweeper were going south on Wyoming at just about 1:00 pm. He was following a street sweeper extremely close and was looking down at his phone the entire intersection. He did not look up once he was so distracted with his phone. Government employees should be more responsible especially in such large trucks. If the sweeper in front of him would have had to stop suddenly or swerve he would not have been able to stop. I was going north on Wyoming and was able to get a very clear look at him.
