Dumping and graffiti is still there

I ride my bicycle past the area everyday and it is a horrifying sight. A real eyesore.

LCI Watcher -- I'm wondering if we could get permission from the adjoining property owners to paint a mural along the wall at this location, as we did on the garage adjacent to the trail a few blocks away at Thompson Street.
