Several vehicles are blocking access to street sweeping at 1855 Poplar St. These vehicles, none of which have license plates, have been parked in the street now for several months, allowing garbage, propane tanks, and hazardous waste to accumulate.

The street is clearly marked with traffic signs indicating times when the street needs to be cleared of parked vehicles for street sweeping, however these vehicles never move. As a consequence the sweeper cannot service this area, and the street has become increasingly littered with trash and hazardous materials over the last several months.

Bunche High School and the DeFremery Playground are located directly across the street.
