These 2 piles have been in front of this house for well over a month! Multiple See Click Fix requests have been submitted and my original one was closed with no action. I don't think the city should be responsible for removing this trash b/c it really isn't bulk pickup but just pure laziness on the part of the homeowner. I take my "bulk" trash to the dump when needed and I think this person should do the same. I want the city to ticket the homeowner of they are not going to pickup the trash. Garbage cans are to be removed after trash pickup, so therefore trash cannot live on the street for a month! The picture I uploaded is only 1 pile of the 2 that are there.
