Description

This is related to issue 1254035. There is an abandoned excavation at the side of the road that runs underneath the street, slightly reminiscent of Baby Jessica's well hole. This was reported in August of 2014, at which time the city acknowledged the issue and placed an orange cone on top. That's not a solution. What's the plan?
