Been like that for years , only one who did anything was a Lady Police officer couples years ago gave him 48 hours to clean ,up went at city hall , no reply ....

Straight up after Officer Smith inspection , Great Officer no action from anyone else , why do we need to have the Police doing the Code enforcement work. don't they drive along Broadway it is a shameful

EVEN OAKLAND IS CLEANER , THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR OVER 4 YEARS . SHALL WE CLEAN IT UP OURSELF , IT'S EVEN ON THE ROOF .

I guess the city doesnt care since they have done zero to address the issue
