There is a huge dumpster outside of the boarded building 16131 Wick Rd, Allen Park. It belongs to Raymond Waligora. This dumpster is full of garbage and it has been there since December 2015. It is creating rats and other hazard and environment issues; it is a concern for the safety of the community. It seems like it has been abandoned.
