This could be a tripping hazard to people in the downtown area by the new downtown city project “The Avenue.”
A utility box cover on the sidewalk is two inches (2”) below the walking surface. The warning paint around it is worn.
It located on the sidewalk directly across from the new downtown city project, “The Avenue,” about 25 yards north of the Holmes and Jefferson Streets intersection on the east side of Jefferson.
